• Design carefully considered use of common area to encourage staff to stray from their office and congregate

• New open plan maximizes transparency, staff interaction, and space flexibility

• Focal wall designed to assist in wayfinding and draw visitors down the corridor to the space

• Conference room and gathering space accommodates groups from 25-50 people
