Feasibility Study and Master Plan

Project Highlights: 

• Hoffman Leakey worked with Oakwood Presbyterian’s Building Committee to develop a Master Plan for expanding church facilities to better support its growing congregation.

• We identified program needs, developed options and cost estimates, and created renderings to support the church’s fundraising efforts.

• As budgets changed, we modified design plans to address their immediate priorities and allow some projects, including a new gymnasium, to be constructed in the future as funds become available.

• The additions and renovations completed in 2019 dramatically transform the church in both form and function.
