Sean M. Walker, PhD, PE
Sean is a veteran engineer and contracting professional with a solid history of managing large-scale, complex construction projects. He served as a Project Manager for Penn State’s Office of the Physical Plant, Design & Construction for six years, so he understands the owner’s perspective on the design and construction process. His work spans power generation (nuclear, fossil, and renewable energy), civil infrastructure, Department of Defense facilities (NAVFAC), research facilities (Penn State and Applied Research Laboratory), higher education and K-12, hospitals, and medical outpatient clinics. Additional specialties include land development, capital planning, and business development.
Sean is a dynamic leader and team player with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. In addition to his undergraduate degree in engineering, he holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Management.
