New Gymnasium & Multipurpose Building

Project Highlights: 

• Conducted a feasibility study that explored options for the construction of a new multipurpose building to provide a gymnasium, auditorium, athletic practice space, music practice space, and classrooms.

• Study reached consensus on a design and a realistic budget for the new gymnasium facility.

• Developed a new overall site plan that shows the location of a future administration building, AG-tech building, and maintenance facility.

• Contemporary barn-style look responds to its rural context while still appearing modern and open.

• Features a community fitness room that can remain accessible to the public after-hours.

• A stage at one end of the gym allows the space to be used for school performances.

• Concessions area and kitchen just inside the lobby creates a welcoming social space as you enter the building.
