Erin joined Hoffman Leakey Architects in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of planning and design experience. Her work with a diverse range of clients throughout the Centre Region has developed her skill for seeking creative design solutions that align and support a client’s objectives. Known for strong communication skills, Erin excels at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful planning and design for the client and project.

Growing up, Erin lived in a vibrant neighborhood where she would often explore newly framed houses and imagine how each one would shape the lives of their future residents. A pivotal high school lecture about Notre Dame de Paris was a key inspiration to pursue architecture as a career, a journey that started at Penn State University.



Erin lives in Penns Valley with her husband while their children proudly continue the family tradition at Penn State.
