Associate Degree in Business & Accounting from Altoona School of Commerce

Penny is a passionate member of the HLA team who enjoys watching the process of homes, community installations and commercial architecture come to life. Penny spent 32 years working at Penn State University including 19 years at the Office of Physical Plant in the Accounting Dept.

"Outside of my financial career, my life is centered around my family. I have proudly called Lemont and the State College area home for over 25 years. I live here with my husband, Bob, and our daughter, Briley who just turned 16. Our household is completed by our three much-loved dogs—Kassie, Keylee, and Archie—giving us one of every size and a home full of constant energy."
