The Bryce Jordan Center leaned on HLA to modernize their outdated private suites to offer enhanced end user experiences with a focus on comfort, aesthetics, and food-service amenities. The design challenge was in the fact that each suite, at its own unique angle and position around the arena, is different in size to its neighboring suite, but that all atypical suites must be outfitted with equal amenities. Fifteen individual rooms were studied at length for custom casework and food service equipment solutions that optimized available space and achieved consistency. Finishes were selected with a certain level of reflectivity in mind to offer the end user a way to continue feeling immersed in their experience while their back is temporarily turned for refreshments. The end result is space that now caters to all the elevated needs of the consumer, with visual appeal that appropriately aligns with the energy of the arena.
